The property is amazing there was nothing we didn’t like ,we like the layout of the kitchen very spacious and open , not a very big house but very comfortable, we have been two times now and are already thinking of renting again , the staff are very helpful and even go that extra mile to make sure your trips to their property is enjoyable, everything was sent to email so I had everything I needed the day before we went , even asked if we wanted extra bedding , there was tea and coffee sugar packets , and a real plus a dishwasher washer machine , love this place will definitely use again , home away from home it really is .

Exceptional place to stay, it made our break.
Before even arriving, communication with the host was excellent.
The cottage itself is comfortable, has great facilities and was to a very high standard.
The location is perfect. A few minutes walk to South Bay attractions and less than ten minutes to the town centre.
We couldn't have asked for better and it was excellent value for money.

In town for an event. Small but well thought out use of space. 3 adults and a teenager fit happily. Close to the town centre and amenities. Nice gestures such as milk in the fridge and some tea and coffe for arrival. Parking can be an issue but this isnt the fault of the cottage. Most of scarbourgh has small steep single streets that are somehow 2 way traffic. The cottage does provide a parking permit but finding space outside to park was impossible, but a car park was 2 mins away and was free from 6pm until 9am. Very nice quiet place to come back to after a day of sightseeing communication with the owner was fantastic would definetly come back if i was to come to the area again
Again parking but this is a Scarbourgh issue and not a cottage issue

The property was so lovely. It was really in keeping with the area and was decorated really nicely and was nice and clean.
My 9 year old daughter loved it, she can be funny about staying places but she really liked the cottage and said the bed was so comfy.
It had everything we needed. The smart tv’s are a great added bonus. The shower was really nice and powerful, my husband is quite particular about showers but he liked this one.
The only downside was how busy the parking is and we did have to drive round the streets a few times before being able to find a space, but no big deal really especially if you’re planning on just looking round the area on foot.
