Коммуникация была простой, квартира чистая, легко найти. Есть всё необходимое. Не очень новая, но при этом аккуратная и ухоженная. Супермаркет в пяти минутах ходьбы.

Шумный район, плохо закрывались окна, в одной из комнат не получилось опустить роллеты. Диван не очень удобный для сна.

le finestre non si chiudono bene. Credo che in inverno gli spifferi siano notevoli. Consiglio di sostituire le finestre anche per avere un maggiore isolamento acustico dalla strada, visto che si è al primo piano. Forse un bagno per quattro persone che si muovono contemporaneamente è un po' poco

Location was good not too far by tram or bus to Santa Maria novella. The apartment has the basic necessities for the stay and the aircon worked well.

There was no hot water and the host didn't offer a solution only asked me to take a picture of the boiler for the maintenance team. We had to shower with ice cold water. The host also told me the checkout is at 10am when booking.com mentioned 11am. I tried to ask for 11am check out a few times but was refused. The online check in was lengthy and annoying. The first time someone random had to let us into the building main gate because the door was not unlocking after following the check in instructions.
