Je suis très déçue par mon expérience. À mon arrivée à l’hôtel à 10h du matin, après une nuit de voyage particulièrement fatigante, la réception a refusé de me donner une chambre, même à partir de 14h. J’étais épuisée et aucun effort n’a été fait pour proposer une solution ou faire preuve de compréhension. De plus, le service laisse à désirer : la consigne des bagages est payante, ce que je trouve déjà inhabituel, mais il faut également payer pour obtenir une serviette de bain, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et non conforme aux standards habituels. Je n’ai jamais rencontré une telle situation auparavant. Cette expérience a été très décevante et donne une image peu professionnelle de l’établissement.
