WIFI IS NOT FREE!!
Only world mark members get free WiFi. It’s at least $9.95 a day for 3 devices. Otherwise, hotel is nice and town is very quiet.

We came here for our 20th anniversary, neither of us had been to the San Juan’s. I found this cottage and hoped it would be as nice as it looked. It was better! We ended up staying a 3rd night with the help of guest services. Loved this cottage, it’s gorgeous.

Review
I stayed at this property in January 2025 and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Here are some key points to consider:
1. (FYI - have nothing to do with the property)Transportation Issues: Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance, as missing it can cause significant delays and inconvenience.
2. Connectivity Challenges: The cellphone network in the area is poor, and while WiFi is available, it’s not complimentary. You’re required to pay for a 10-day plan, which is inconvenient if your stay is shorter (mine was only 3 days).
3. Heating Problems: The heating system was poorly maintained. During the cold January weather, the heater made loud noises throughout the night and didn’t function properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold.
4. Unhygienic Facilities: The hot tub was not cleaned adequately, which raised concerns about hygiene and the potential for skin infections.
5. Lack of Services: This is not a hotel, so don’t expect any kind of service or assistance during your stay.
At *** per night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the lack of proper amenities and maintenance meant I couldn’t enjoy my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
