L'appartement est très chaleureux, confortable et spacieux.
Le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché.
Le canapé convertible pas pratique et pas confortable.

Отличный вариант для знакомства с Парижем за сравнительно небольшие для Парижа деньги.
Большое просторное чистое помещение.
Наличие закрытой парковки
Rer в 15 минутах ходьбы и 2 станции до центра Парижа.
Наличие всех необходимых удобств и даже бильярда :)
Есть Сена и симпатичная набережная для вечернкй прогулки и магазины в 7 минутах ходьбы.
Есть на кухне все необходимое и даже приятные опции типа кофемашины.
С удовольствием вернусь ещё раз на пути в Париж.
Возможно, добавить какие то мелочи.
Например, есть стиральная машина (плзитив), но негде повесить постиранную одежду.
Есть кухонный шкаф со всем необходимым, но сломана направляющая, которая его держит.
Мелочи, не влияющие на общее вау впечатление

Big space and nice furniture
The owner is not really helpful and bad communication. We called them and they agreed to check in at 16:00 but they didn’t give us any entry code. We were so terrified to think it’s fraudulent because we paid all money and deposit. Be careful! You need to pay deposit and they may not respond and answer your phone. Be careful that some of stuff was damaged by the previous people and we are afraid they will deduct from our deposit. I had no choice to reach the neighbor to get help.

Die Gegend ist ruhig. Die Zugangsmöglichkeit und das Parken des Autos hat sich als einfach erwiesen. Uns wurde alles ganz genau beschrieben. Nicht weit weg ist der Bahnhof von dem regelmäßig Züge fahren und man kann eigentlich nur mit einem Umsteigen zur ausgewählter Sehenswürdigkeit kommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, mit grossen Fenstern.
Die Küche hat zwei kleinere Töpfe. Würden wir etwas mehr kochen wollen, hätte sich das als schwierig erwiesen.
Im Innenhof ist der Parkraum für 3 Autos eng bemessen.
Internetzugang wäre wünschenswert.
Die Couch zum Schlafen haben wir uns eingerichtet. Wir wissen aber bis heute nicht, ob wir das "richtig" gemacht haben. Eine Anleitung zu bekommen wäre nicht schlecht.
Der Garten hat nicht so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. Wir konnten es nicht benutzen.
