Great two-bedroom apartment in a nice enough location, with many food choices nearby and less than a 10-minute walk to the heart of the city.
No staff on site. Need to arrive on time agreed upon to be let in. No air conditioning available - no big deal, unless your stay is during hot weather.

The Appartement is great, really beautiful an spacious. All the Rooms are pretty and clean and with the kitchen it is ideal to stay if you don't want to eat out every day or to just eat breakfast. The Shower is big enough and the water pressure ist also good. There's even a separate dressing room to putt all your clothes an luggage out of the way. The location is great to visit Torino by foot or with public transportation wich is not far away. The parking spot is amazingly convenient being inside the courtyard. And it looks narrow but even my Skoda Superb went trough without issues.
Nothing really big just an AC would have been great because it was very hot but the Appartement is provided with Fans with water mist and they cool you off almost as good.
And for me a self check in would have been most practical since i had a plan to arrive very late so i had to sleep one night in another location.
