Wonderful place to stay, bang in the center of old Troyes, easy to find and parking close by, beautifully furnished with lots of helpful touches like Apple juice, snacks etc, very thoughtful! Super comfy bed and pillows, very quiet location. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊

De locatie was top. Mooi gebouw.
Harde bedden. Krakende trap om naar de kamer van de kinderen te gaan (detail maar was echt heel luid).

It was very clean and there were nice complimentary items. It was in the centre of the city. It was quiet. It had character. The phone was answered promptly when we were trying to get in.
Difficulty finding it - we had to ask in a shop. It was rather claustrophobic. There was no outlook except rooftops, nowhere to eat or drink or staff present and we didn't like having to gain entry through multiple high security doors like a prison. It also smelt a little damp - masked by some sort of artificial scent.
