On the two upper floors you will find 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, evenly distributed. If you want some entertainment, head to the basement where a pool table, table football and darts await you. The villa is semi-detached but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two villas can also be rented together. Next to the villa is a lawn with a children's playground and a large car park, both of which are shared with Villa Oliva 1.
