Terrific location on Pirin Street for ski sports focused vacation! Cross the road to (our favourite) ski-rental shop (Totem Sports), put on your skis, and ski down to the Gondola station. Or turn right and in a few footsteps you're entering the market (Aldo) for your daily expenses.
Big apartment! Two bathrooms, large living-room with a cute balcony.
This is not a "dislike" part but adding our observations to avoid inconveniences. We stayed in late March, and the hotel part was closed. Despite being in the same building, this is a private suite and does not include the hotel amenities by default. In case you'd like to include breakfast of the hotel in your reservation, you may want to check it in advance.
The apartment is located in the hotels part of Bansko with all major restaurants, pubs etc. within walking distance. The old town (Bell tower) is 1.5km/1 mile down the street and you need to count in walking back up the street after a long day. But hey, you are happy to be here, right? :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the ski slopes and the town, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring. The apartment itself was spotless, tidy, and wonderfully warm, which was exactly what we needed after a day in the snow. The host was fantastic—so helpful and attentive to all our needs, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. My daughters and I had such a great time and felt right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
