All in all, it was OK for the relatively low price. The staff were pleasant and tried their best to help.
It's a little further out than it seemed on the map. Having said that it only cost me about £4 in an uber to get to Deansgate (about a 5 min journey). The parking is on a grass verge near the building, but at least it was free.
The place is a little run down in my opinion. I would say it was like an OK student accommodation with cheap furniture. The listing reckons there are certain facilities which in reality did not exist. For example toiletries (there's literally some hand soap and some shower gel), iron and ironing board. I had to ask and someone brought up a very old iron which was badly repaired with tape.
The bedside lamp in the bedroom did not work. The staff said it was battery powered and needed charging. He took it away and said he would bring it back when charged but it didn't turn up. I had to go out for the evening anyway (so he may have tried to bring it while I was there).
