My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.
Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

We were really happy to stay so close to the Windsor area, and be able to come back to a nice home after all the day's events. The apartment was clean, secure and had all the amenities we needed.
