Our main floor home office bedroom provides the ideal sanctuary, furnished with a queen-size Murphy bed, versatile sit-down/stand-up desk, an additional monitor, a charging station and all essential office supplies. The primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms are on the upper floor.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood where quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Cameras have been added to the front door and garage entry for safety purposes and to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home. Cameras are motion detecting and will record the front door and vehicle entry to the garage at all times. Parties will be shut down immediately.
There are two sound and smoke detectors in the main level and basement of the home. These sensors will alert the owners if there are either very loud noises or smoke from cigarettes, vape pens or other smoking devices.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. Smoking in the home will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
* Guest maximum is 10, violators will be asked to vacate, and no refunds will be issued. No exceptions. (These guidelines are enforced by all booking sites and local HOA.)
* Primary person on reservation must be 25 or older.
* Report any lost or damaged items to host. We understand accidents and mistakes happen and that general wear is to be expected. However, excessive damage done to the home, linens, furniture, and amenities provided, will be charged to guests. (Please be aware that our home is thoroughly inspected after every stay for missing items and damage that goes beyond normal use and wear.)
* No Smoking/Vaping of any Kind. Smoke/Vaping monitors are installed, violators will be charged a minimum $500 deodorizing fee and will be asked to vacate premises with no refund.
* No Pets/Animals of any kind allowed in the home.
* Respect our neighbors. Maintain reasonable noise levels. Absolutely no loud parties allowed. Violators will be asked to vacate premises with no refunds issued.
* No unsupervised children in the home for any reason at any time.
* Help maintain a pest free home. Remove all trash from the home when the can is full and when you leave.
* Leave ALL amenities, throws, games, towels, linens etc. provided in the home when you leave.
* No smoking inside of the home or in the porch area. Please exit the property if you’d like to smoke.
* Follow posted signs to ensure your safety and proper care of the home.

This is our second stay at Naptown Escape. The home is lovely! It has all the amenities you can think of, the location is great (easy to get to downtown quickly, and near the Garage and other walkable restaurants). We were a group of 4 moms and 4 teens who were going to IUI and it was a quick 10 min drive. There is a garage- which fit one of our cars and even though it's permit parking, we were all able to find parking in the evenings. The porch and yard are nice- we keep visiting in Dec- but commented on how fun it would be if the weather was nicer, or in the summer! Hilda (the host) was great. We had to bother her with a question on this visit- and she responded right away and was very helpful! It was also very icy, and she had her team come and salt and shovel to make sure it was safe! We are very happy with our stay & hope to be back!

Hilda was an amazing host. The home is absolutely beautiful. Beds are a bit firm but overall, the experience was fantastic. We will use this property again of travels take us back to Indianapolis.

The minute I walked into the house I said " I want to live here." Quiet safe neighborhood, walking distance to Mass Ave for great restaurants. The house had comfortable beds, bathrooms with great shower pressure, and an incredible screened in porch to chill. Air purifiers in each room were a thoughtful touch. Communication with owner was effortless, she responded within 5 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so next year.

This is the very definition of a 5 star VRBO. Everything is lovely and tastefully done. Yours needs have been anticipated so that everything you need is in place. The photos well represent the property. We especially enjoyed the swing on the screen porch!
