Newly renovated upstairs 2-bedroom unit on Onyx Avenue near North Bayfront—a prime location. This cozy property (approximately 700 square feet) is just 1/2 block from the beach and 1 block from the main street with boutique stores, world-famous Balboa Bars, an old-fashioned candy shop, a market, and plenty of restaurants. Access the unit through a separate gate. The place has been thoughtfully remodeled, stocked with all new appliances, bathrooms, flooring, and a wall-length closet.
The master bedroom has a Cal King bed with a 3/4 bath attached. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and the adjoining bathroom includes a pocket shower. The main living area includes a large comfortable couch, a smart T.V., and a dinette table for four. The kitchen comes with all the basic essentials.
Finally, enjoy the ocean breeze, sunsets, and good conversation on the furnished rooftop deck. The island is just the right size to take an evening stroll while admiring the boats, water, homes, and fantastic gardens. True to island living, the neighbors are close, so this apartment is not the right rental for you if you are looking to host a party.

Nice cozy place that's in a great location. One bedroom and bath is rather small but it worked for us. Definitely would book again.

Really enjoyed this place, would definitely come back. Only down side is that the 2nd bedroom is only a full bed which is difficult to sleep two adults. Think I assumed it was a queen. Regardless we had a great time and loved the very short walk to shops and restaurants. And the ferry was right there so we rode our bikeS all around.
Property manager was very responsive and helpful too! Thanks!

I stayed here with my husband and baby and it was a wonderful experience! For starters Balboa Island magical. The unit we stayed in was beautifully prepared with a bottle of Rose and flowers. We had everthing we needed! The owners were friendly and kind and I already cannot wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this little cottage. It was immaculate, cozy, well equipped and so close to everything. The hosts are the sweetest people who were so welcoming. Couldn’t get any better. Not sure we could stay anywhere else as this spot really set the bar high for our expectations. We can’t wait to book it again when it is available. Thank you Linda and family for making our vacation everything and more!! You all are soo kind.
