Monika hat uns top betreut, rechtzeitig alle Informationen gesendet, war super telefonisch erreichbar (erst italienisch, bis wir gemerkt haben, dass wir beide die deutsche Sprache besser können 😂).Bilder beschreiben wirklich alles was vor Ort ist, auch direkte Lage am Strand … Meeresrauschen nonstop - wir haben es geliebt!!! Echt ideal ist die Dusche außen!!! Es ist eine Wohnung, die auch privat genutzt wird, das macht es gemütlich. Küche und Einrichtung in sehr gutem Zustand…. Viele Varianten von Lampen…. Man kann gut individuell beleuchten.
Nachbarn alle freundlich und hilfsbereit 😊
Will man nach Rom, gibt es Bus und Bahnverbindung in 100 Meter Entfernung (Busse fahren regelmäßig, sind aber nicht wirklich pünktlich) … oder mit dem Auto nach Lido di Ostia (Parkplatz kostenlos) und mit der Bahn weiter … oder zur Metro nach Laurentina (Parkplatz € 1,50 / Tag)
Naja, die Couch ist zum schlafen tatsächlich etwas hart. Eine unserer Töchter fand es gut, die andere gar nicht.
Es gibt zwei gut funktionierende Ventilatoren, aber in der ersten Septemberwoche war es noch gut heiß, da wäre eine Klimaanlage toll gewesen.

The location is just incredible since the apartment is right at the beach. The bed is super comfortable. We also loved getting a coffee in the morning and talking a walk at the beach. We’d love to come back again in the summer :).
