About this house rental

Welcome to our newly built guesthouse.
This 800sqft guesthouse is perfect for a family to stay during their SoCal vacation.
The house is located ( & detached) behind the main front house.

The Master bedroom has 1 queen bed with an en suite full bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds ( 1 twin over full & 1 twin over twin)
There's also a second full bathroom across the hall from the second bedroom.

If you plan on cooking during your stay, there's a fully furnished kitchen for you to do so.
You also have access to a washer and dryer at no extra cost.
