Neighborhood is highly sought after and sits on the waterfront offering marvelous marina views sunrise to sunset. Right across the street is the dual track South Shoreline which provides quick/affordable transportation to Chicago. Less than 5 minutes away you can begin to explore the Indiana Dunes and venture to the nationally recognized Dunes State Park. Inside, the layout is amazing and provides separate living space for privacy. Upstairs is a full bedroom, private bathroom, gym space with equipment and an office area that’s perfect for the business traveler. Downstairs boasts another bedroom and bath with tub. Living room has a fireplace and balcony with stunning views and seating. Waterfront dining is steps from the front door and a special event calendar changes monthly and often features live music, games, karaoke, sports and comedy shows.

Very nice condo and responsive host. She always responded in minutes. Very clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the natural oil plug in scent was very overpowering for us. I unplugged them but the scent was still very strong. I know that is a very personal thing and for others it could be a positive. Also, there was food in fridge either from owner or past guest. That was a bit weird. We were only staying there for a family holiday trip so only used condo for sleeping, no cooking, so it didn’t bother us. Otherwise comfortable and met our needs.

Absolutely beautiful condo! It smelled so nice inside and it was beautifully decorated! My dog and I had a lovely time… The only downside was the balcony lock didn’t work.
