Large apartment block. 300 m from the centre of Rapallo, on a slope, 700 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift. Public parking 400 m. Supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bar, bakery 400 m, café, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Rapallo" 200 m. Marina 1.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Santa Margherita Ligure 4 km, Portofino 9 km, Chiavari 12 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Railway line 150 m from the property.
"Azul", 1-room studio 26 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2023: Studio with 1 double sofabed, TV and electric shutters. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (2/day) free). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Balcony 2 m2.
