The apartment boasts a large fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, 3 comfortable double bedrooms, 2 modern bathroom, WiFi throughout and all the amenities needed for up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in Liverpool.
The Space:
This bright and spacious 3 bed apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living space is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, 2 large sofas and smart TV, with large windows that bathe the room in light. Off the kitchen, there is a glass door leading out on to a private terrace that guests can make use of. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 3 double bedrooms, all featuring comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers, toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Located in the Waterloo area of Liverpool, you are within a 5 minute walk of an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Crosby Beach, home to Antony Gormley's Iron Men is just 15 minutes walk away, a great place to enjoy a walk, with lovely views across the bay and out to sea. Waterloo train station is also just 5 minutes walk away, with regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, you will be within a 5 minute walk of an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and cinema. There are regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes from Waterloo station. It is a 20 minute drive or Taxi Ride to central Liverpool.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
