The property itself was quite nice. Employees were very accommodating. It was pretty much self-serve but we appreciated the breakfast buffet.What we did not appreciate is that we could not make any changes to the room we were given because it was booked through a third party. The photo online showed a patio outside the room. We were on the 2nd floor and there was no balcony and no patio. So, the photo was a prime example of trying to get around "truth in advertising" which we did not appreciate in the least. Had the room been as shown in the online picture at VRBO we would have been much happier and in fact, if the photo that was shown was a more truthful representation, we most assuredly would have looked at another hotel.
