Location is on a somewhat busy street so vehicle noise, including busses, was a bit annoying early in the morning. Would have liked it better if a token travel bottle of shampoo/conditioner was available as well as a Keurig coffee maker with some complimentary k-cups and some ice since the refrigerator does not have an ice maker. Othewise, unit is in an easy neighborhood to navigate to local stores and to PNC Park or Acrisure Stadium and is well maintained.
