Located in Epinay-sur-Seine, this welcoming apartment brings it all within your reach. Seine is an easy 8-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 6-minute drive to Stade de France. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Epinay-sur-Seine by hopping on a metro at either Lacépède Tram Stop or Gilbert Bonnemaison Tram Stop, both just 5 minutes away by foot.

The advertisement stated that there were 2 bedrooms with beds and sofa beds. However, there was only one bedroom and the other two people had to sleep in the living room. Furthermore, the apartment was only equipped for 2 people (think of cutlery, glasses, etc.). The air conditioning did not work and there was no explanation of how to set it. WiFi stopped working after 2 days.. In general, this apartment was only suitable for 2 people. It was also advertised with a jacuzzi, which was deflated and empty and therefore not available. However, this apartment did have a pleasant garden to sit in. Supermarket nice and nearby and public transport too. Nevertheless, with this transport, half an hour away from the center of Paris. Unfortunately, communication with the owner was only possible in French, and he did not respond very quickly...
