About this apartment rental
Nice and cozy apartment with balcony and view of the city and the Boate River, in a residential area near the center of Rapallo.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator within a residential complex with tennis court and green area. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring a living room furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a television, access to a small balcony, and an independent kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and juicer. An archway leads to the sleeping area, which includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closets, and a balcony. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.
Rapallo train station is less than a 15-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 40 minutes by car.

The apartment looked to have been recently fully modernised.Very spacious, bright and comfortable. Good location for amenities, shops, transport links and restaurants.One negative being the volume of traffic noise.

heating did not work, kitchen not fully equiped (no salad bowls, frying pan did not work, but was later replaced by the management, no butter knives), but for the rest a nice place
