La ubicación, junto al metro y varios supermercados. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia de 4 personas. No es necesaria ninguna llave para entrar y salir de la casa y portales. Buena comunicación e instrucciones antes y durante la estancia.
No ha sido un problema, pero aunque tiene dos baños (con buenas duchas), sólo hay un wc.

Communication with Maria was very good and easy. She responds quickly and thoroughly. The location of the apartment is extremely convenient. As soon as you step out of the apartment, you literally walk straight into the metro. Within 20–30 minutes you can reach all the main sights you want to visit. The apartment is fully equipped, very clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. An extra bonus is the possibility to park underneath the apartment. Within 50 meters you’ll also find both a small and a large supermarket, as well as a bakery. The next time we are in Paris, we will definitely stay here again.

L'appartement est spacieux et correctement équipé. Les lits, canapés et fauteuils sont confortables sauf le canapé lit L'emplacement est bien juste a proximité du métro et des commerces Il est calme
L'arrivee: il manquait un code pour le portail et des instructions (quel étage) et le propriétaire ne répondait pas au téléphone. Nous avons dû tâtonner et la hotline booking nous a aidé
