Clear easy instructions to property, I had used google maps to look at location before travelling so could easily understand the directions and location of the on site parking. Great central location, perfect sized rooms as expected. Easy straight forward access, hot showers and clean towels. Perfect for what we wanted and more than meet expectations. Easy exit process, all a stress free experience.
Property would benefit from a deep clean, wasn't dirty but just under beds had a bit of dust.

Very central location, plenty of shopping, bars, cafe, restaurants in 5-10mins walk. Supermarket literally on the doorstep.
The kitchen/lounge and bathrooms were really nice (couldn't get the ensuite shower to give warm water, but main bathroom worked fine). The decor was good the kids enjoyed the monkeys!
A clearer description of how to find the parking would've made it easier but we found it in the end. Although a work van was parked diagonally across 2 spaces so we had to park on the road.
The basement bedroom was cold, unwelcoming and the bed was so uncomfortable we barely slept and it was tiny compared to a huge room! With a bit of tlc this could be a nice comfortable room. To be fair there was a good heater in the room and once we put that on within an hour or so it was warm.
The general cleanliness was good but the oven was left very dirty. You had to eat on your lap as there is no table.
