Several beautiful beaches are nearby, while Agios Nikolaos (9 km) and the historic Spinalonga islet are also within easy reach and well worth a visit.
The interior of Villa Katy combines clean lines and gentle curves in a neutral palette of white, black, and grey, creating a calm, contemporary atmosphere. Stone walls and minimalist furnishings enhance the sense of understated elegance. Spanning 400 m2 across three levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms, offering space and privacy for a relaxed stay.

Villa Katy is a clean, modern, nicely kitted outproperty that can properly accommodate 10adult guests, in comfort and with good privacy.We also used the chef service by Giannis onfour occasions, and the food was excellent,especially the seafood and fish.

We do have only the warmest words to tell about our stay at this wonderful property. It all startet with the awesome communication with the property manager. Not only greeted he us with the most embracing words one could wish, he was always around or accessible making sure, that everything was to our delight. The home is simply put stunning. Perfect in cleanliness, complete in what you might need for your stay, very quiet and comfortably situated on a hillside with wonderful views to the sea. This is exactly what we were looking for. A small remark, for me the quality of the mattresses could ruin a wonderful vacation. NOT so here ! Perfect balance of response and firmness made our nights sleep wonderful ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you for having us as your guests.
