Furnished with beautiful modern decor (CB2, West Elm), the condo is a luxury residence with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Owner has meticulously and lovingly cared for the property.
Large, peaceful primary suite with a top quality memory foam queen mattress. From the window, you have a view of the community lake, which provides soothing waterfall sounds from the fountain.
The guest room/office gets great light throughout the day, and has a new West Elm couch that pulls out into a comfortable futon bed, and a sit/stand desk, perfect for remote work.
The airy, bright open plan dining & living area has high vaulted ceilings, with windows on 3 walls that get gorgeous afternoon light. Outside the condo, there is a private patio balcony that overlooks the lake — a tranquil spot for your morning coffee.
Welcome to a perfect short-term home for those who enjoy luxury & convenience in a beautiful, natural setting.

Gym, heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts are a 2 min walk from condo. All very well-maintained.
Dedicated parking space under carport.
