Freedom Park Villas, Plymouth

Excellent value for money. Had everything I needed , well equipped and absolutely spotless . Being a lone traveller , I felt very safe and comfortable. The house had a friendly atmosphere and was quiet. The entry code system was easy to operate , communication with the host was good when I had a question about my arrival they called back straight away. wifi good . Great location for the city and coast , right next to the park . If you are on your own and have a bit of luggage you need to plan the parking. I pulled up quickly outside to unload then parked further up the street. I found spaces further up Lipson road check restrictions locally.

It was really nice and the bedroom was big. it was really closed to everything so I mostly went everywhere on foot

Nothing, maybe the fact that the toilets lights went on automatically but it really isn’t a big deal

Location handy for walking into town and Aldi. Joanne on site pleasant and did her best.

The mattress was filthy and covered in stains with no mattress protector on til I told Joanne and she put one on for me. Two of the wooden bed slats were broken . Could have caused an injury. There was a constant bad sewage type smell in room. Joanne put some liquid down the shower drain but it didn't solve the issue. Plumbing needs looking at .
