Emplacement du logement proche de la ligne de métro pour se rendre sur Paris , c'est parfait . Le vrai plus était la présence d'une place de parking à l'intérieure de la résidence , top !
Un petit point d'amélioration serait de mettre à disposition un four un micro onde . Un petit enfant qui pleurait ( hurlait !) beaucoup dans le logement voisin ... mais ça , Maximilien le propriétaire n'y peux rien !

El parking cerrado en la urbanizacion, muy cómodo si viajas en coche. El metro esta a unos 15 minutos andando y parece un barrio muy tranquilo y transmite seguridad. Incluso volviendo tarde de noche no tuvimos ninguna problema. El apartamento esta equipado con todo y se encuentra en la planta baja justo al lado de la plaza de aparcamiento. Muy cómodo para cargar y descargar maletas. Maximilien es muy agradable y atento con todo.
La cama nos pareció muy incomoda. El somier tiene una forma con barras de madera que hacen que el colchón se hunda hacia el medio. Al ser el colchón blando, era bastante incomodo para dormir en ella. Las almohadas son muy finas para mi gusto pero puede ser mi percepción personal. En Paris hay que andar mucho y llegas muy cansado. El descanso es fundamental. Cambiando el somier, el colchón y las almohadas le pondría un 10.
