The caravan was very lovely and homely with all your needs and very clean and tidy.
It's a fair walk to the amenities if didn't fancy driving. There is a short cut through the field which was nice. It's not the host fault where it's situated but it is nice and quite where it is.

Really nice place great for us with the children and my elderly mum, and we could take the dog. Loved seeing the rabbits around the caravan each morning. Great location to get to most things will defo come back there's so much to do in Skegness!
Friday and Saturday night was noisy near butlins I'm afraid so much so Saturday night the baby was kept awake after 11 but can't be helped when you're that close to butlins I suppose

Beautiful caravan thanks for the biscuits honestly the shower was perfect for my partner who is a double amputee comfy beds he got around inside the caravan perfectly in his wheelchair x
Unfortunately it was grass leading to the caravan which wasn't really ideal as my partner is wheelchair bound it was difficult pushing along the muddy grass we had to clean the wheels each time before entering the caravan as we did not want to obviously get mud all over... and it was quite a big step up into the caravan too BUT ONCE IN IT WAS PERFECT HONESTLY THE CARAVAN WAS BEAUTIFUL WITH WIDE DOORS WET ROOM JUST PERFECT just a massive shame there isn't a path way leading to it instead of grass x
