The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine and dryer. A baby cot is also available.
This holiday home offers you 2 covered terraces for your private outdoor enjoyment. In addition, a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue and tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport connections are within walking distance. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Air conditioning is not available.
