Newly constructed (2022) +- 650 sq. ft. guest studio above the main house garage. Pet friendly and great location by SFO, and half way between San Francisco and Palo Alto. Quiet neighborhood in Burlingame Hills. Easy parking across the street 30 feet from driveway.
