A spiral staircase connects the different levels of the house. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. Air conditioning in all rooms.
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.

This property has the wow factor!
It is in the Tuscan hills and the drive is worth it because the views are breathtaking, like a picture postcard. The house is thoughtfully laid out with fab amenities and air conditioning. We were greeted by the housekeeper Monica who was so friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable, massive jacuzzi bath and several TVs in bedrooms and table football which our kids loved! The swimming pool is fabulous and set in the olive grove. Gardens are stunning with BBQ facilities. We just loved everything about it and had great day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the nearby village Marliana had a great convenience shop and superb pizzera. This property is a gem and our family give it a big thumbs up. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay!
