On the ground floor of the villa you will find the fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy and stylish living room with a Smart TV, an open fireplace and a bathroom. The first floor consists of two airconditioned large bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV, a bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the bay and the surrounding nature. The private covered carport easily fits two cars and can be reached without problems in first gear.
