Atypical semi-detached chalet completely renovated, ideal for 2 to 4 people. Located halfway between Crest-Voland and Cernix, you will love its two west terraces offering an exceptional view of Mont Charvin. With a surface area of approximately 35sqm on three floors, it offers quality services. Please note, it is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility because access between floors is via a narrow spiral staircase (see photos).

- Bathroom with walk-in shower (attention, ceiling height - Access to the upper floor via the spiral staircase.

- Living/dining room with rapido convertible sofa, television.
*LAST LEVEL:
- Double bedroom (140 cm bed) with west-facing balcony.
*Parking 100m before the chalet (for one vehicle), possibility to unload the car at the chalet.

*Shared ski room with shoe dryer, located in Tot's garage.
