Welcome to Gratton House, nestled within a tranquil rural setting, this home boasts uninterrupted and awe-inspiring vistas of the surrounding countryside. Ideal for large family getaways and groups of friends to come together in a scenic spot!
With ample space for all, Gratton House is across two levels. The entrance on the ground floor leads to:
Ground Floor:
•Living Room: A cozy space featuring a wood-burning fireplace, countryside views and bi-fold doors that open onto a decked terrace with a glass balustrade. Freeview Smart TV and Wi-Fi are included during your stay.
•Dining Room: Ideal for shared meals and gatherings.
•Kitchen: Well-appointed with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and patio doors leading to a charming courtyard garden.
•Utility Room: Equipped with a freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
•Gym/Games Room: Offers exercise equipment, along with a selection of board games for indoor entertainment.
•Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable double bed and a Freeview TV.
•Downstairs WC
First Floor:
•Bedroom 2: Offers a luxurious super king size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, shower cubicle, and toilet. Enjoy a spacious private balcony with breathtaking views.

Wow. A magnificent property in a stunning location. Ample room for a family and easy to access Exeter City. Very clean with great facilities. Ensuite in all upstair rooms a bonus with the master bedroom having wonderful views. Excellent accommodation.

As a gathering of friends from all over the country, for a rural wedding, this was the perfect setting. Room for 10 adults and sufficient car parking. Vast property with amazing views. No need to leave the property for anything!

Spacious inside with beautiful views and lots of reception rooms if you wantneed a multi functional space this is perfect. Nice selection of bedrooms and plenty of parking for a approx 5-6 vehicles if needed .
