Keypad Access: Enjoy the convenience of a keypad to access the garage door so you don’t need to worry about losing an opener.
Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure.
Hot Tubs:
Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs.

A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.

When we checked in at 4pm, the unit had not been cleaned. Management seemed to surprised. Finally got cleaned about 8-9pm.Dishwasher would malfunction frequentlyCarpet areas not vacuumedOnly one closet had a few hangers, the rest none.Coffee maker needs cleaning.No bath mats.Master bedroom door handle fell off.Lower level door wouldnt close shut.Lower level dryer didnt tumble.Soap and shampoo dispensers in showers empty.Some answers to questions in the inbox were not accurate.The foosball needs repairFront door electric lock would malfunction and may need batteriesThe lower level patio door didnt lockOn the plus side, the cleaning company was very apologetic and nice. Some of their staff had quit. The management was good about comping us for one night and the cleaning fee. The proximity to the community pool is great.
