Lovely spot to stay if you’re visiting ND. Only issues were VRBO didn’t send us checkin info, but the host was very quick to respond! It’s a little farther from campus than we’d hoped, and we weren’t able to walk there, but it is a very quick drive of +-5 mins!

This was our initiation stay. Our major discrepancy was the living room furniture and other missing items that would have made the stay memorable. There was no dining or seating arrangements made. The description with pictures did not indicate other items such as kitchen items. We brought our own pots and pans and such. The living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable. Along with this one of the beds was broken and had to be turned around for proper sleeping. The location was outstanding as it was close, private, and cozy. There is a large green area across the street that our dog loved. The home was easily warmed and cooled with updated controls. The appliances worked very well. Hot water was exactly that and plentiful. We appreciated the .washer/dryer situation as we were there for two weeks. For what was provided it was a nice stay and would stay
and we would stay again if the opportunity arose.
