This well-maintained brick holiday home, offering 100 m² of living space, is situated in a charming, older holiday home area of Rødvig, just in the second row from the water. A short path of only 50 metres leads you to a beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking a coastal retreat. Inside, the house features a large, separate kitchen with functional amenities and a bright, welcoming living and dining area with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. From here, you have direct access to a lovely terrace and the meticulously cared-for garden, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The home offers three bedrooms, all with double beds, a well-appointed bathroom, and a practical utility room with a washing machine, providing comfort and convenience for your stay. Outdoors, the property includes a cosy pavilion where you can light the grill, relax, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A charming fire pit in the garden adds to the atmosphere for evening gatherings. The popular Rødvig marina is only a short walk away, offering a friendly and lively local atmosphere. Overall, the holiday home was a good choice, though it wasn't without its quirks, The furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was functional, The location was ideal for beach access, and we found various dining options close by, including Café Marina, which had delicious food, If you're looking for a straightforward place to stay, this fits the bill!
