The apartment is in front of a beautiful section of the beach, that includes volleyball courts, is a panoramic view, that goes from Catalina Island and Palos Verdes to Malibu. It is also one of the best surfing and swimming spots in the country. The beach is exceptionally safe, clean and spacious. Very together place. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location was on the beach and the hot tub was clean and in perfect working order. There is a restaurant on the beach very close to this apt which made it very convenient for morning coffee. I would definitely rent this place again.
