Twin Creeks Lodge's secluded location boasts ample privacy and sets the scene for the ultimate relaxing retreat. Outside, enjoy the fresh air and serenity on the wrap-around covered patio, screened-in porch, or while soaking in the hot tub on the walk-out lower level. Slumber in comfort across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor, the primary bedroom boasts a California king bed. Downstairs, two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. The upstairs loft boasts space for 6 more twin beds. Any two twin beds can be easily converted to a king if requested before your stay.

- Please note: The home is accessed by a one-way, steep gravel driveway. When arriving for the first time, please drive slowly and carefully, especially as you approach the incline.

- No vehicles larger than a UPS delivery truck can fit in the driveway. No buses or larger vehicles allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Good location 20 mins from Brevard. Ideal for low maintenance groups. Good amenities - pool table, hot tub, porches. Plenty of room and beds for a group.Suggestions:Kitchen needs a refresh and needs to be organized. We would not find a cheese grater. Several pots were rusty. Cutting boards are plastic and need to be thrown away. Non stick pans are past their life. No olive oil. IMHO kitchens need to be ready for groups to cook, especially when so far from restaurants. Some of the bath towels smelled musty. The fire alarm went off when we started the gas fireplace - the basement room reeked of gas...scary! Listing indicated acreage but we could not find a trail? Avant Stay recommended Asheville restaurants but nothing about Brevard or Rosman.

Good location, Easy check in process and everyone loved the game room but the listing says 4 bedrooms and it’s really two private bedrooms and open areas with beds for other guest. We had a good time and no major issues. The bathroom and kitchen need some updating. The price is now half of what we paid for the same time period which is more in line with what we saw. It is a good value at the current pricing. It’s a beautiful place in a good location just needs some updating.
