About this house rental
We are a newer build right in the heart of Port A. The home is minutes to the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants and Port A night life. House and Beach are Golf Cart accessible. Fully stocked Kitchen, 6 Burner gas commercial stove/oven, full fridge, microwave. Keurig Duo for drip or k cups. Gas Grill(owner not responsible for gas exchanges, but refill tank is provided if it needs to be exchanged). Living area and kitchen are upstairs. All 4 bedrooms have smart TV's, memory foam beds and comfy pillows. 3.5 Bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner,hairdryer, towels. To top things off you will have your own private cocktail pool(opt. to heat per day additional fee Oct-April), automatic ice maker, wine fridge, washer and dryer, 4 parking spots. We loved our stay! The houses in a great location, very clean and very nicely stocked. We had everything we needed to cook meals. One of my pet peeves with rental homes is only providing one roll of tp, paper towels, trash bags, etc. That was definitely not the case here…and very much appreciated! Decor was very nice and comfortable. We loved that everyone could sit and eat together. I highly recommend this property!

This is a beautifully decorated condo. It is within walking distance of a fair number of shops and restaurants. It is a short drive to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We had a group of 8 people, and were very comfortable.

In town property, able to walk to shops, short drive to the beach. House was amazing with pool, our whole family enjoyed staying here!
