Property is dated but ok
On arrival to the property we check it and immedately found that the door to the balcony which is on the ground floor was broken and could not be closed leaving the property easily accessible from the outside. We called the owner who did not take the calls then replied through watsup. He told us that the lock was broken by the previous stay and could not find someone to change it before we came in. He knew immediately about it and did not tellus anything. Immagine driving 2 hours coming to the property at 17:00 and finding that the ground floor balcony door could not be closed. We paniked but couldn't do anything. We stayed in the property taking turns to remain awake and vigilant in the kitchen. Fortunately it was a one night stop. The door was being kept closed by the roller shutter which could easily be opend from the outside. I asked the owner to provide some security and at lease lock it but to no avail.
