We liked the friendliness of Mustafa, who attended to many of our calls for assistance when we need him.
We did not enjoy it much, perhaps because we stayed too long - 60 days, costing us over £4,000. Our room was never cleaned and our bathroom was never attended to. I had to buy bleach to clean the blocked drain to let water out. We could not reach the hook for the shower and complained about it, but nothing was done during the long period of our stay. Other things to mention included the neglected garden, which encourages creepy, crawlies to enter the building. The ceiling above the boiler was literally falling and only repaired when I complained about it. We also experienced a lot of noise from occupiers above and traffic outside.
