Die Lage am Seeufer ist einmalig. Haus, Ausstattung und Garten sind in einem Top-Zustand. Besonderes Highlight: zwei Kanus zur freien Verwendung. Nach Siviano und Carzano kommt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Die Föhre fährt alle 20 Minuten - alles easy.
Bitte bedenken: Zwischen Straße und Grundstück sind 140 Stufen zu überwinden. Mit ein bisschen Grundfitness ist das aber kein Problem.

Location spettacolare, anche in inverno. Casa molto accogliente, fornitissima, tutto nuovo, doccia grande e letto comodo. Carina anche la possibilità di accendere il fuoco sia all'esterno che nella stufetta in sala. Buona posizione, soprattutto per il panorama.
Unica pecca l'accesso alla casa, con bagagli un po' pesanti può essere faticoso, ma da mettere in conto vista la posizione a bordo lago. Inoltre le scale sono comunque ben illuminate e dotate di corrimano.
