Excellent flat: cosy, spacious, clean, equiped with all necessary amenities, yet minimalistic. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the grass and trees from a large terrace, yet close to the town center. I had an enjoyable stay.

Everything was good and clean. Location is very good since it is close to City Center and also easy to go outside the city. We enjoy also having a private parking spot for us.

Top moderne, großzügige, gut ausgestattete, ruhige Wohnung in bester Lage und herrlich großer Terrasse. Eigener, abgesperrter Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin noch dazu.

Mitvermietet war ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Der Parkplatz konnte auf Grund von Bauarbeiten 5 Tage nicht genutzt werden. Trotz unserer Reklamation bei der Wohnungsübergabe und nochmals fünf Tage später erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung seitens des Vermieters. Wir hätten eine anteilige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erwartet.
