Great views, warm, cozy, clean, safe, and secure. What a unique spot. I'm glad we booked on a sunny day so we could enjoy all the action happening around us. Kayaks would be a great asset for a spot like this, being able to go out on the water at high tide to go for a ride or get my early morning coffee from the coffee shop, would have been a really cool experience 😎 by the way guys, for those who are up past 10pm with no shops open and you forgot snacks, there is a 24/7 shop open on Bank Street called Vendigo Store, which has snacks and drinks. It's paywave only.
It was a bit scary knowing I could drop my phone in the water every time I went or was outside 😅 that caused a lil anxiety lol

Novel area and nice to be by the water hand location to the city centre
No hot water pressure in the shower, bit cold although bedroom was cosy.

Great location. Comfy bed. Very clean.
Was a bit cold. More cooking and laundry facilities would have been handy because ours was quite a long stay.
