Le quartier est calme. L'immeuble est facile à trouver.proche du Futuroscope et du centre de Poitiers.
Nous n'avions pas le numéro de l'appartement.( peut-être le mettre sur la clé) Mauvaise isolation phonique dans l'immeuble.

Le quartier est très calme. L'hôte est très arrangeant. Logement simple mais confortable. Linge de lit et de toilette fourni. Boîte à clés très pratique. Parfait pour une halte d'une nuit.

Il manquer juste un peut plus de ménage mais sinon rien a dire.

Appartement simple et functionnel, eau bien chaude, et salle de bain avec baignoire permet de décompresser après une journée de balades. Literie bien propre.
Le nettoyage des électroménager est à améliorée.
