Altalena sulla piazza, un affaccio d'eccezione

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was clean, spacious and has great light. The lift was very helpful for some in our party. It was wonderful to be on the square and look out into the trees. Having the taxi stand was very convenient as well.

It should be made very clear that the apartment is only accessible via a cellphone app. One of our party was an older person with no cellphone, which severely limited their independence while in Modena. For a longer stay, the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped.

Excellent location at the Piazza Matteotti. We were there with the Christmas market in the square. It made for a great experience. The apartment was very clean. Simone was always available for help or information by text or phone. We were a minute's walk to great coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and public squares. It is a great two-bedroom apartment with large beds. If you need a third bed, you must use the pullout sofa in the living room which overlooks the piazza. You can hear a little activity at night but only in the living room and kitchen. It actually made it a little fun to look out into the piazza. Again, it was Christmas market time. The bedrooms are very quiet. I f we visit Modena again, I will definitely stay at Altalena sulla Piazza.
