Top Lage, Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Da die Wohnung unten im Haus ist, roch es ein bisschen kellerig. Zu harte Matratze für uns. Aber Preis Leistung finden wir ok

Sehr netter Vermieter. Er hat uns viele Tips gegeben, was wir uns ansehen sollen. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück stand im Kühlschrank bereit, mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Kuchen. Vielen Dank

Logement très bien situé près de la grande plage et à une dizaine de minutes de St Malo intra muros. Accueil très sympa de l'hôte qui loge à côté. Quartier très agréable, calme et à proximité de commerces. idéal pour un séjour à deux à Saint-Malo.

Studio fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre avec un propriétaire à l’écoute. C’est calme, la literie est bonne. Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour deux ou trois nuitées sur saint Malo
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas frais. Le propriétaire a la gentillesse de laisser une brioche, un jus de fruits, quelques yoghourts mais en aucun cas, c’est du frais chaque matin. Il vaudrait mieux mettre collation offerte à votre arrivée que petit déjeuner inclus. Et quelques détails : la lumière de la sdb s’éteint très souvent et ce n’est pas pratique Il y a un problème de connexion avec le téléviseur que nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner
