Great location. House had all amenities you need,comfortable. House could do with a spruce up painting.
The stairs are very steep but not a problem for us.

Property was within 10-20 walk from main attractions in Scarborough such as north and south bay, train station, peasegood park, open air theatre and the local supermarket
Stairs were abit steep in the property and as the shower was located on the top floor so the water pressure took afew minutes to kick in

It was fine for a short stay, essentials were provided like tea, coffee, milk, soaps, washing up liquid and parking permits which was nice.
The bathroom silicone, grouting, loose cold water tap on the bath and poor water pressure.
